Lamp Doktor - Headlight, Taillight, Fog Light Polishing Paste

K2 LAMP Doctor is a product for manual or mechanical use.
It completely removes scratches, dullness, discoloration, and yellowing from headlights, tail lights, fog lights, boat lamps, trailers and various caravans, plexiglass surfaces of boats, airplanes, and motorcycle fairings.
It makes headlights look like new, with brilliant clarity and long-lasting protection.

Mechanical polishing:
1. Cover the edges adjacent to the surface to be repaired with protective tape.
2. Severely damaged headlights should be pre-sanded with water sandpaper with a grit between 2000-3000.
3. Degrease and clean the lamp surface (e.g., K2 Klinet or Nuta)
4. Apply the paste to the polishing sponge (e.g., K2 Duraflex - hardness sponge, chosen according to the degree of surface damage).
5. Spread the paste at low speed (approximately 600 revolutions per minute), then gradually increase the speed to approximately 1200 rpm and polish until a high gloss is achieved.
6. Clean the polished surfaces using a clean microfiber cloth.

Manual polishing:
1. Clean and degrease the surfaces to be cleaned (e.g., K2 Klinet or Nuta).
2. Apply the paste with a polishing sponge or a microfiber cloth and polish until the surface becomes smooth and shiny.
3. Clean the polished surfaces using a clean microfiber cloth.

Note:
We recommend using K2 QUANTUM synthetic wax (which acts as a lacquer) to protect the lamps in the future, against yellowing and dullness.

Caution!
Do not use the product on hot surfaces or surfaces heated by sunlight.
